For the best results, our standard embroidery on shirts/tops is limited to 4.25" x 4.25" and 10,000 stitches. For hats the logo size is limited to 4.25” wide x 2.4” high. We’ll work with you to size your logo correctly so it looks its best.
To translate well to thread, no word, letter, or graphic element should be smaller than 3/16" (0.18” high). Tiny details may need to be adjusted or removed, but don’t worry — our graphic designers will guide you through the revision process to make your logo embroidery-ready. Our goal is to turn your logo into an embroidery masterpiece!
We provide one logo size with two color versions (for light and dark items) at no charge. Additional sizes can be added for a one-time fee of $25 per size, and extra color versions can be created for a $25 color-change fee. All embroidery is placed in the standard default location.
