You can upload your logo during checkout in Step 2 of the product page.
We accept the following file types: .jpg, .png, .gif, .ai, .eps, .pdf, and .psd.
If your logo is in a different format, you can email it to support@logoup.com (please include your order number in the subject line).
For best results, we recommend uploading a high-resolution file — higher quality logos produce the best decoration results (around 1000 pixels is more than enough).
Once received, our graphic experts will review your artwork and create your proof. Within 24–48 business hours, you’ll receive an embroidery or printing proof, including any special requests you noted.
After you approve the proof, your completed order will ship within the designated production time selected during checkout.
Please keep an eye out for an email titled ‘Awaiting Proof Approval’ with your order number in the subject line. This email will come from support@logoup.com and will allow you to review and approve your proof.
