You can upload your logo during checkout in Step 1 of the customization process.
We accept the following file types: .jpg, .png, .gif, .ai, .eps, .pdf, and .psd.
If your logo is in a different format, you can email it to support@logoup.com (please include your order number in the subject line).
For best results, we recommend uploading a high-resolution file — higher quality logos produce the best decoration results (around 1000 pixels is more than enough).
Once received, our graphic experts will review your artwork and create your proof. Within 24–48 business hours, you’ll receive an embroidery or printing proof, including any special requests you noted.
After you approve the proof, your completed order will ship within 11–14 business days — nearly half the turnaround time of many competitors.
